Executive Search

I work with employers to identify and select candidates for their senior leadership positions. Our work together is a collaborative effort to:

  1. Clarify the key responsibilities and outcomes the person in the position must accomplish for the organization.
  2. Identify the experience, skills and qualifications that the successful candidate will possess.
  3. Proactively develop a slate of 4-6 well qualified candidates who meet your criteria, are a good match to your culture and to the job, and demonstrate the initiative and motivation to create outstanding performance.
  4. Make a final selection of the right candidate who best matches your needs.
  5. Guide you in compensation and offer negotiation to successfully bring your selected candidate on board.

Our work together is a retained search relationship. Your investment is a fixed fee that we negotiate in advance, payable in installments as agreed milestones are reached.

I guarantee our results. If the selected candidate leaves your employment within 6-months, I will re-do the search at no additional cost to you other than reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.
