Executive Coaching

I work with executives for improved performance and leadership effectiveness. Coaching is a professional service that provides executives with feedback, insights, and guidance from the coach’s outside vantage point. It is a collaborative partnership built on taking action that will make a difference in your effectiveness and your outcomes. My work with executives is particularly valuable for those who are:

  • entering a new role with expanded accountabilities,
  • entering a new company or organizational structure,
  • leading an organization through transformational change or merger or restructuring,
  • preparing themselves for career advancement.

Individual one-on-one coaching is the way in which I typically work with executives, but team coaching is also available.
