Leadership does not have to be lonely…

We’ve all heard the expression, “It’s lonely at the top.” When you’re leading your organization, with whom do you talk? With whom do you share the thoughts that keep you awake at night?

For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a trusted advisor to senior executives exploring with them the issues that they can’t or won’t share with others in their organizations. Nor can they burden spouses or significant others.

Earning the privilege to be a sounding board, to serve in the refining of thoughts not yet fully expressed nor expressible, does not come automatically. The relationship develops over time and matures with shared experiences that build trust.

I started this consulting practice in a search for relationships in which I will earn that trust. Come explore with me whether we might start a search for mutual trust together. I will earn your trust in stages through hearing you deeply and providing you sound counsel, a perspective that teases out the unintended consequences, and a commitment to excellence and value that will help you build your organization and accomplish the objectives you desire.

Contact me and let’s talk about your organization and your biggest challenges.
